Andy listed a home I inherited, and walked me through the options. We decided on a traditional listing, and within a week we had two full-price offers! He kept me informed throughout the showing process and helped me with the paperwork. The house was vacant, but we received texts in advance of every showing, and there were one or two showings every day.
