Found Andrew on FB and reached out when we were ready to buy a home. He and his suggested Broker gave us the run around for months before I took it upon myself to find a my own Broker that would get us qualified, I should of realized then that Andrew was not the right Realtor to work with but continued using him anyway. We found our own house, no help from Andrew there, got ourselves qualified with our own Broker but had to have a Realtor to start negotiations. Andrew did all he was willing to do and required of him with zero enthusiasm and luckily we closed the deal. When asked if I wanted the extra home owners insurance I declined but two days later and 2 weeks before closing before closing I let Andrew know we wanted it. Andrew guaranteed we had 3 months to add this insurance but I later found out I only had a month to do so after closing. When I found out I only had a month I pressured Andrew on every call and many times through text and email to add this and he failed to do so. After closing we werent a priority anymore and it was hard to get his attention. Ill add that I also reached out to him and asked if I could get the insurance myself and he mentioned that it was something he had to do. A month after closing our HVAC system gave out and because Andrew failed to help us with this insurance we were left with a almost $4000 bill. Money were werent prepared to dish out. When I expressed my frustration with Andrew he deleted me from all contacts. His superiors with Keller Williams also did nothing to help with the unfortunate situation also. If you have zero knowledge about buying and or selling a home and are expecting a Realtor to help you as they should, Andrew is not your guy.

I was delightfully surprised with Andrews help. I have bought and sold many houses, so basically, I need someone to unlock doors for me and to deliver the paperwork. However, Andrew asked questions and was able to raise the level of service to my needs which really helped. I cant begin to recommend brokers Bryan Murphy and Andrew Medina highly enough as real estate professionals. I have genuinely appreciated their high level of professionalism, their absolute courtesy, and most critically, all of their considerable efforts on my behalf while they recently helped me complete a difficult and time consuming house purchase. Bryan and Andrew not only helped me find a house I could afford and in the neighborhood I wanted; it was at a very good price in a challenging sellers? market. They made sure that I was literally the first person to be shown the house. The showing was late one afternoon, and I had a signed and binding contract with the seller in hand the very next morning because they worked late that night to prepare a hundred pages of documents for my immediate signature. Where can you even find that kind of professional service today? Then they helped me even more. When the bank involved in the sale proved to be completely and continuously uncooperative for almost 6 months, they spent more hours than we can even count making sure my contract remained in force, and was legally extended 5 more times and in a timely manner to protect my interests in this sale. As the process dragged out, Bryan continued to politely call the sellers again twice a week and eventually as often as every day to make sure that my contract was honored. If he had not done so, the house definitely would have been sold out from under me despite my own best efforts. Quite simply, without Bryan and Andrew?s help, I would never have found or been able to purchase my new home.
