My name is Andrew Madden and I am the team leader for The Madden Group, EXP Realty, in Columbia, Lexington, Lake Murray and the surrounding areas in South Carolina. I started my real estate career in the summer of 2012. During that time I have achieved many accomplishments including "Rookie of the Year" in 2012' and the #1 agent for Coldwell Banker in Lexington in overall volume, sold listings, as well as helping more buyers than any other agent in the Lexington office. I have 3 adorable children and a beautiful wife Kelly who is the Director of Sales for The Madden Group. I am originally from the Syracuse NY area, but I am a dedicated and successful real estate professional in this local area.
