The Kuehl Team at Keller Williams Reality was an absolute delight to work with on all aspects, Andrew and Hunter met with us as first-time homebuyers in 2020 and asked us what we wanted in a home, while that list from when we first met changed on several occasions during the course of our search, the K Team was resilient and kept on the search despite an overall limited market in terms of properties being sold during the time of our search that fit our parameters. When searching at properties, they allowed us to look around on our own and make our own determinations on whether we liked them or not, and were not pushy at all. When it came time to put offers in on properties, Andrew and Nicole were with us every step of the way, explaining line-by-line what each part meant, and even took time from their own weekend away to help us write an offer on a property. We ultimately found a home in November 2020, and closed in January 2021, and it would not have been without the effort of the K Team. They would have my full recommendation for anyone, whether first-time, or experienced homebuyers or sellers in their real estate efforts.

Andrew took my listing after I fired 2 realtors before him. (lets just say I have have a high intolerance for incompetence). He had his work cut out for him.
