When I decided to make the move out of CA, I knew that one of the biggest hurdles was going to be selling my house. Being a first time home seller I didnt know what to expect, so I leaned heavily on Andrew for his guidance and experience. After our first meeting I already had a good feeling about working with him. Andrew was personable and attentive, paying attention to my desired timeline, and laying out his plan of attack to get my house sold. After finding out my wife was pregnant and needing to accelerate the timeline significantly, Andrew put our plan into high gear and got moving immediately. We took pictures Monday, listed Thursday, and had showings that whole weekend. Andrew managed to show the house to over 90 potential buyers that weekend, subsisting on a diet of only water and uncrustables. His perseverance however paid off. By the following week we had a slew of offers, of which Andrew organized and presented to me, carefully explaining the pros and cons of each. After accepting the offer with the most favorable terms, we opened escrow and were on our way. Andrew stayed in constant contact, communicating each of the steps along the path to closing. With the stress of an out of state move and a pregnant wife waiting for me 1000 miles away, it was a great relief to have someone as organized and dedicated as Andrew on my side. I cannot thank Andrew enough for helping me through this whole process, nor can I recommend him enough to anyone looking for a real estate agent who will take the stress out of a normally stressful situation.

My wife and I met Andrew through a mutual friend and right from the beginning; he made himself very personable yet still very professional. Andrew has been extremely monumental in helping us find a home in these unprecedented times. He has gone above and beyond in always making himself available and responded to all my questions with mountains of knowledge and wisdom, was never pushy with finding a home that was right for us, and always made himself available to view listings in the 9-10 months of intermittent browsing that we did until we found the perfect fit. We would have never gotten the home for the great price that we did if it was not for Andrews persistent follow ups to the selling agent which allowed us to be shortlisted and offered a great price after the home fell out of escrow twice from someone else by him jumping right on it and informing us right away. Even after escrow closed and my wife and I moved in, Andrew has been great in making us feel at home and still being there to assist us with any questions or concerns we may have had. Andrew has definitely helped make the daunting task of home buying a breeze and an overall pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend him to whoever is in the market to buy or sell!

I met Andrew during an event last year before I knew he was a realtor. He kept in contact throughout the time, but never asked me if I was interested in buying or selling. Rather, Andrew talked to me just to talk to me like a human being and not a person to make money off. It was for this reason that I reached out to Andrew when my wife and I finally thought about relocating to a new neighborhood. The first thing that impressed me about Andrew was he did his research. When we told him we wanted to sell, he started researching the neighborhood and past sales and provided a comprehensive assessment of how much he believed the home could sell for. He also was not pushy whatsoever and answered any questions or concerns that we had about selling and buying a home. He broke down every scenario and even told us that we could opt out if we ultimately felt uncomfortable. This was enough for us to go with it. He hired a photographer to come by and do drone footage, virtual tours, and pictures. He listed everything and kept us up to date of everything going on at all times. When helping us find a home, he was patient - I believe we spent almost 6 weeks of just looking at homes every weekend. He told us to always put in an offer on any home we were interested in and we did. I think our offers were declined almost 7-8 times before we landed on a home. During this time Andrew was patient and talked to us about our interests and stuff to keep us calm. He never pushed homes, rather, he was more interested in what we wanted as a family. Once we finally found a buyer and a seller, a lot of things happened so fast that it was a blue. However, Andrew kept us in the loop of everything from escrows to closing to move dates and so forth. Nothing was ever a surprise. Andrew is great because he cares about you as if you are family and your interest as oppose to just trying to push a home onto you. I highly recommend Andrew for your home buying or selling.
