Since becoming a licensed REALTOR® in Ohio in 2015, Andrew has successfully closed nearly 300 transactions totaling over $86 million in sales. In 2025, he expanded his reach to serve clients in Colorado, marking an exciting new chapter in his career. Andrew is not only an incredible realtor - he is an incredible person! I was promoted to a new role which required relocation when 8 months pregnant. My husband was tasked with finding us a house in just one weekend. He talked to Andrew and let Andrew know what we were looking for and what was most important to us. Andrew committed that entire weekend - from when my husband's plane landed - to making sure to find us a home. He talked us through how to approach the offer in a very hot real estate market in Hyde Park to get the house we loved at a fair price. He helped us with recommendations for contractors, insurance agents, etc. He made arrangements for us to do the closing remotely as the baby had just arrived - including having a notary come to our home. We had several nightmares with our mortgage company dropping the ball and delaying closing - including requesting last minute information only I could obtain while I was in the hospital - and not only did Andrew stay on top of everything for us he truly went to bat for us when we just didn't have the energy to do it ourselves. He was an amazing person to work with and we will certainly be recommending him and using him again. Thank you, Andrew!!!!
