Buying a home is an extremely stressful and time consuming process. With so much jargon and things to consider, any buyer needs an advocate and someone who can show them the ropes - especially on a first home. Thats what Andrew provided for my wife and I. Sure - its easy to gander at houses randomly on sites and go to open houses. However, its extremely difficult to put into words how immediate the change in our process was with Andrew. He was patient and helped sharpen our focus on what mattered the most. He helped us curate our lists down, focus our energy on the houses that made the most sense, and was extremely patient in explaining rationale behind why a home may not be a fit.
