I had my house on the market since April 2019 had 4 contracts and they all fell thru! Andretta truly listened to my frustration, apologized for my experience and made things happen. I signed a contract with her in August and got a buyer in less than 3 days for cash! My previous realtor told me I had to drop to $45k because of the competition but Andretta was able to sell it for $49990! I love her she is best in the business!
