I humbly began my real estate career as someone with zero sales background. I never envisioned myself doing this as a long-term career, but fast forward almost 7 years and I've grown to have a tremendous amount of respect and passion for the industry. When I embarked on this career journey, I quickly realized that if I wanted to be the best at my craft, passion itself would not drive me to be successful. I needed to invest in my education from sales and negotiation to understanding the wants and desires of my clientele. My background as an graudate from NJIT in Biomedical Engineering made me it so my approach to learning was both technical and practical. So that's exactly what I did. I developed the skills of learning to ask the rights to better understand how I might cater to my client's needs. In doing so, I developed meaningful relationships with many of my clients that went past a business relationship to a personal one. Sales is nothing more than being the ultimate finder and then problem solver. The part I most look forward to in real estate now is being able to integrate my creative skills to reinvent how homes are marketed and sold. Cookie-cutter marketing is no longer sufficient when it comes to attracting clicks, saves, and interest which of course, translates to offers.
