My husband and I recently moved from out of state and Andrea was so amazing at making the buying process smooth. When we sent a list of houses to look at when we came to town we were so impressed at how she mapped out and scheduled all the showings for us to be able to go from house to house seamlessly. Once we put in an offer she kept us updated along the way, making us feel very confident while we were out of state. A couple days prior to our home listing going active Andrea listed the home as, aEURoeComing Soon.aEUR? By the time the listing went Active we had nine showings scheduled on the first day. Of those nine showings, seven turned into offers and within 48 hours of our home being listed we had accepted an offer above our asking price! Andreas calm demeanor helped us navigate through the entire multiple offer process. She truly was a professional throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer questions, calm our nerves, and provide expert advice when asked. Prior to the listing Andrea arranged for professional photos and a virtual tour of our home which turned out great.
