She was constantly open to any requests we made to tour or view properties and even had someone available for us in her absence when out of town. She allowed us to feel comfortable with rejecting or accepting any offer without feeling rushed to make a selection. She understood that we had a specific vision for what we wanted in a home for our family and didn't press or push us in anyway to go against that to hurry to find a house. ZillowVERIFIEDAndrea was/is fantastic!!! This is our first time buying a home. She is very knowledgeable, honest and funny. She "got" us right away, even though my hubby is unclear and uncertain. Since this was our first, she was an invaluable source of information, contacts (ie banks, chimney guys, etc), and experience. She guided us about things we should be aware of, look for...things we wouldn't have thought of. She was even able to get us into look at a property on July 4th! Once she was unavailable and her husband, also and agent, showed us the house. She is just amazing!!! Very caring, understanding, and thoughtful! She even brought a Christmas gift to our new place--4 months after our purchase. I wish our budget had been larger so she could earn a bigger commission! She worked so so hard for us!!!
