ZillowVERIFIEDHad a very unfortunate experience renting an upper duplex from Andrea. BEDBUGS were found after the 2nd month of renting. We brought the bugs to an exterminator who verified they were bedbugs and that it had been a longstanding infestation judging by size and fresh blood content of bugs. I told Andrea about the problem but she said she did not want to talk to me or remediate the problem. She wanted me and my sister, who was visiting at the time, to haul the mattress outside dragging bedbugs all over the unit. This is not how to remediate and does not resolve the problem!!! She refused to refund my newly paid month of rent which was no small sum or my deposit. The stress of having bedbugs, having to pack all my belongings up because she would not communicate with me or remediate, and travel 22 hours back to Minnesota has created many, many physical and mental problems. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LADY!!! The problem is still there!!!
