ZillowVERIFIEDWe were so, so happy with the service we received from Andrea when buying our home in Ft. Myers! We previously lived in Ohio and spent countless hours looking at properties online. She was always there for us whenever we had questions. When Allen finally flew down to look at properties in person, she spent three solid 12-hour days with him, and eventually, they found the perfect location. Buying a property long-distance is a lot more stressful than buying one locally. It seems everyday there were confusing legal documents that required e-signing. While this feature is convenient, it can also be extremely stressful at times. Once again, Andrea was always there to step us through the process and answer all of our questions. She also worked closely with our relator in Ohio to ease that process too. Once we moved, she stopped by to drop of brochures to help us get to know our new community and has invited us join us on several outings with her as well!It so important to find the right relator. Some can be very pushy and only have their own financial gain in mind. Andrea cares about the people she works for and goes above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. If you are looking for a stellar relator, Andrea is your gal! For us, she is much more than a relator....she is our forever friend!
