We live about 125 miles from the market in which the property was listed and we selected Andrea based on her profile on the Potterton Rule web site. What a find! Andrea knew the local market very well and recommended a very aggressive (yet fair) selling price (which we achieved). Andrea was available whenever we needed her and was very responsive whenever we reached out to her. She provided solid advice and recommendations on pre-listing improvements, disclosures procedures, and had a ton of expertise on the process of selling an estate house/property. We never really experienced Andreas negotiation skills per se, as the entire selling process never really lent itself to any negotiations. We would work with Andrea again in a New York minute.

I really appreciate her responsiveness and attention to detail - it can be obnoxious when you have a pressing question and the other person doesn't seem to take it seriously, like responding late or not really addressing the question. Andrea replies quickly and in kind, with the medium with which you contacted her (so you know where to look for the response). She was always on top of the issues of the day and worked though my home purchase very quickly. Highly recommend. Oh, and she's not a spammer - I'm still getting flyers from a guy who wanted to sell my last home 10 years ago. It's nice to see some people still take pride in how others see them.

She was very knowledgeable, happy to answer questions, took excellent pictures, and you could tell she'd been doing this for years. She hosted several open houses, made suggestions along the way, and helped us navigate the in's and outs of two contracts. She was quick to lend their trailer for us move stuff on multiple occasions and helped us with a storage unit when our garage wasn't finished in time. She answered all our questions, was available late into the night to negotiate a time sensitive contract, and in the end got us a price we were happy with. Due to COVID-19 Andrea wasn't able to be present at the closing so she sent a note to the Title Company to give to us and texted after to say Congrats. Andrea went above and beyond to help us sell our home.
