Andrea was absolutely incredible to work with every step of the way. She helped me sell my house while I was out of state. She diligently coordinated contractors, repairs, and property check-ins for me. Shes an expert in her field, who gave great design tips, and uses all available tools to market the property, to include social media. My home received a ton of views, showings, and most importantly an offer - and this was over the holidays! I'm happy to say we closed today and she has my highest recommendation! Shes fantastic!

Where to start? It is an understatement to say it has been an absolute pleasure to work with Andrea. I am based in London, England and she helped me refurbish and sell our rental property in Memphis. At the start I was worried about such an undertaking from abroad, but Andrea was there on the ground managing the project from start to finish, and she made everything run smoothly and handled every little bump in the road that came up. I was shocked and amazed by her level of commitment to our project. She sourced materials herself, found and managed the workers on site, responded to my emails within 5 minutes (even at 4 AM sometimes!), and always did this with positivity. She is definitely not afraid of hard work, and she absolutely exceeded all of my expectations. At the end of the refurb, she then helped us sell the property, and I believe we truly got the best price for it. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. I couldn't recommend her highly enough!
