We had an estate that needed to be sold and all of us lived outside Indianapolis and most of us lived out of state. Andrea did a lot of research on the home and property and was very familiar with the community which we were not. We had many concerns, security, repairs necessary and unnecessary and appointments with professionals with whom we could not always meet. She checked on the property daily, discussed pros and cons of repairs, and handled appointments meeting with the professionals and providing feedback. She advocated for us, the sellers and also the buyer, who she also represented and maintained professional relationships and neutrality. We cannot thank her enough for what she did before, during and after the sale. She communicated both by phone and via text and email during the entire process and responded to questions in a very timely manner.
