I had an appraisal cut short and the buyer didn't want to pay more for the home, so they let the home go. The buyer was able to purchase the original home that they offered on. They lost out by a small margin on a multiple offer situation, but still got the home they really wanted in the end! They were happy and I was extremely happy for them.
