Desperately wanted to see 2 properties listed by them. As a potential renter, I contacted Four Oaks (landlord's realtor) for a tour. Was a hassle to get a call back, after several calls, going through 2 different people, and several messages, I finally got a TEXT. Realtor refused to give me a tour unless I, potential renter, signed a Buyer Agency Contract. They stated this was law required by the NAR, not true because no other landlord's realtor has ever asked me to sign this. No wonder the properties are sitting vacant for months and they are forced to price decrease.
