If your buying or selling real estate there is no one better to work with than Andrea Delahunty. On all levels she is a pleasure to work with. Always working to make sure processes are in order, keeps all aspects of the transactions moving in the right direction. She did her homework on the local housing market for my area, coached us to prep the house, quickly set up an open house and sold our house the first weekend.
