Andrea is just the best! Being that this was my husband and my first house we werent exactly sure what we wanted. I wanted one thing, my husband the complete opposite, and we went round and round for almost a year. Andrea really took the time to search for houses that would satisfy both our wants and needs. We had a few houses slip through our fingers and Andrea never lost hope. Even when we contemplated taking a break from looking Andrea assured us that the process was valuable and worth going through. Eventually we found the perfect house (needing a bit of updating) in a fantastic neighborhood and the process through it all was fantastic. We closed early and everyone left completely satisfied. Andrea is honest, compassionate, and hard working. She took over the sale of my mothers house after it sat on the market for one year. She communicates very well and uses all forms of media to support her sales efforts. By using these networks, she received 3 offers within the first 2 weeks. When the selected offer fell through, Andrea listened to our needs and changed her focus. We again received an acceptable offer within 1 week and closed within a month. Andrea also took over the sales of a condo flip after it sat on the market for over a year. in this situation, she got an offer within 2 weeks and the sale was closed within a month using the same approach as the previous example. Where another agent failed for a full year, Andrea took control and literally got things done!
