Andrea Beem

Andrea is the CEO, Owner, and Principal Broker of The Beem Team and also has her CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) Designation. The Beem Team is a full service Real Estate team with a Listing Specialist, a Buyer's Specialist, Transaction Coordinator and a Listing/Marketing Manager to ensure all your Real Estate needs are met with professional results.

Andrea has lived in the Willamette Valley since 1998. She is involved in the community in many ways as this is very important to her. This includes current President-Elect of The Willamette Association of Realtors, Albany Area Chamber of Commerce member since 2011, and is continually volunteering and donating to a variety of organization including Family Tree Relief Nursery, CASA, and many more.

Her past community involvements include several Chair appointments for the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Heart of the Valley Chapter, 2010-2014 worked with DHS and their Boxes & Bows Program to bring Christmas gifts to foster children, and former member of the Albany Area Toastmaster Club (a public speaking organization).
