Andre is very proactive, my type of realtor! He would send us lists of homes and already with appts ready to see them. We were away for the home we ended buying and he came out to see for us, he knew it was our fit, he made another appt when we returned from our trip and wheeled and sealed for it to be ours. Andre was like an unexpected great surprise into our home buying process. We had been trying to buy a house for about 1.5 years, and just 2 days before he contact us we had receive negative on a new application. He offered to help regardless of us being frustrated and tried a few times with other people with no sucess. Today we signed the contract and closed on our first home, it could have not happened if he hadnt kept trying for us, he was responsive through the whole process, always kept us informed, he was quick in sending documents and in guiding us through this process.
