Andy Ryan is absolutely amazing!! She has been a huge blessing! When I first met Andy I had just lost my father and was left with his estate in Idaho as I live in Kansas. I was left with so much grief, all his affairs and a ton of stress to go along with it. Andy took a huge load off of my shoulders. With her years of experience and knowledge she was able to sell my father's estate in a short time and for the best dollar. You will not find a better agent! With her expertise and personality I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Andi did a fabulous job of selling our house. The professional photos that were done of our house were over the top, showed the house, grounds and aerials were perfect. Once our house was listed, we had an offer that afternoon. We closed in 30 days and everything went very smoothly. Andi knows her business from staging the house to the pictures. The notebook she puts together for our listing that was left in the house was very well done. Communication via text and email and some phone calls were prompt and our questions were answered quickly. Andi puts her professional knowledge to work, she is fun and wonderful to work with and her company, highly recommend Andi and her team.
