Anastasia grew up in Jakarta, Indonesia admiring its cityscape. She wanted to fulfill her childhood dream and thus moved to Madison to study Civil/Structural Engineering at UW-Madison. The city has been so welcoming that she decided to pursue bringing that dream to others. Anastasia dedicates herself to truly getting to know the needs of the clients and cherishes that relationship. Anastasia is the best realtor I could've ever hoped for. I know everyone says their realtor treats them like family, but it's true. She looks out for your best interest. She is patient and kind. She coached us through the process as this was our first time buying a home. We also had some hiccups along the way and she dealt with them with heart, compassion, and a keen eye for problem solving. After months of home tours, she found us the home of our dreams. It took us months, not because of her, but us. We had a lot of demands and were also waiting on replies from our bank. I encourage you to ask Anastasia about lenders she works with as this may streamline that process. One thing about Anastasia is that she's an engineer. When you tour a house with her you're getting her keen eye for potential structural issues. She will point them out and provide insight as to what you may be facing, if you were to make an offer. You'll be in great care and trust with her on your team, even beyond the closing date.

Anastasia is a kind and welcoming person, and this defines how she conducts herself as a realtor. When I started house hunting I had no clue where I should start looking and I was overwhelmed by the complexity of the Madison area housing market. But then I hired Anastasia-- she has a comprehensive knowledge of the Madison and suburban area housing market, and she made things understandable. First, she took the time to talk to me and find out what was important to me. She then pointed out other factors I should consider that I had not even thought of, and then used her deep knowledge of the market to narrow down my search so I could focus on the homes that met the criteria we had chosen. She showed me many houses and during house tours she would point out to me every single problem with a houseaEUR" issues I would never have noticed on my own. By doing this, I could tell she had no hidden conflicts and was truly my agent, and was in my corner. Therefore I decided I could trust her completely, and she found the perfect house in the right location. Finally, when we made the offer, Anastasia then took on the role of negotiator on my behalf and got the builder to reduce the price substantially aEUR" getting me a good deal on my dream home. I doubt there is a realtor in Madison who can match her combination of goodwill, knowledge, and integrity. Hiring Anastasia made me realize how important it is to have a realtor who is my agent, and who is looking out for my interests. This made all the difference in my home search.
