Monika did an outstanding job in getting me my 2nd investment property. I have been working with her since 2 years and she helped me get 2 investment properties. She also helps me manage both the properties whether it is finding a tenant or working on repairs. Even though personally living out of state, I never had to worry about anything on the rental issues and she finishes off the tasks in time. I greatly recommend her for buy/sell/manage any of the properties.

My FiancA(C) and I closed on our first home in February. When we initially started the house hunt, we had our first showing with Anam. We immediately hit it off! Anam is so knowledgeable and very straightforward. She was always honest and forthcoming about any information she had. Not only that, but she's well connected and has many resources. It's not about the sale for her. She was patient and flexible with us and we really appreciated it. Anam is part of a great team and even when she wasn't in the immediate area she was still reachable and always very responsive. We had to sell our parents home and Anam was exceptional throughout the process. She is very knowledgeable, personal and professional and receptive to our needs. Friendly, generous, helpful, effective, and trustworthy. Anam walked us through the trade-offs of different home buying approaches (new construction, almost finished construction, rehabbing a fixer-upper, buying a standard home, etc.), helped us find a home completely remotely when we were unable to visit in person, put us in touch with numerous wonderful people (lender, legal representative, builder/contractor, etc.), stayed on top of all the various different communications going on to keep us updated and keep everyone on task, communicated with sellers on our behalf, and helped us close on time and within budget. Anam steered us clear of choices that were not in our best interest even when they would have been to her advantage. And went above and beyond repeatedly during and after the process.
