Anam walked us through the trade-offs of different home buying approaches (new construction, almost finished construction, rehabbing a fixer-upper, buying a standard home, etc.), helped us find a home completely remotely when we were unable to visit in person, put us in touch with numerous wonderful people (lender, legal representative, builder/contractor, etc.), stayed on top of all the various different communications going on to keep us updated and keep everyone on task, communicated with sellers on our behalf, and helped us close on time and within budget. Anam steered us clear of choices that were not in our best interest even when they would have been to her advantage. And went above and beyond repeatedly during and after the process.
