We would like to share our experience with our Amazing Realtor, Ana DeLeon of New Age Real Estate. We were pretty much first time homebuyers and we thought that we would never be able to buy a house in this market. Everything we looked at in the neighborhood we wanted was far more that we could afford and interests rates were beyond reason. Ana, in a relatively short period of time located the perfect house in a area that had very little turnover, that had just come on the market. We asked Ana to present an offer for us at somewhat under the asking price. Due to the skillful way she wrote the offer, and after going back and forth with the seller a few times, was able to get the seller on paper at a price and terms we could handle. Ana's instincts and professionalism are incredible. During our inspection period, Ana worked diligently with our inspector, sometimes suggesting additional inspections to be performed. Leaving us with the confidence that we weren't buying a pig in a poke, so to speak. Ana then went back to the seller and negotiated additional money and concessions from the seller for us.
