We asked Ana to present an offer for us at somewhat under the asking price. Due to the skillful way she wrote the offer, and after going back and forth with the seller a few times, was able to get the seller on paper at a price and terms we could handle. Ana's instincts and professionalism are incredible. During our inspection period, Ana worked diligently with our inspector, sometimes suggesting additional inspections to be performed. Leaving us with the confidence that we weren't buying a pig in a poke, so to speak. Ana then went back to the seller and negotiated additional money and concessions from the seller for us.
