I was a first-time home buyer, was with another realtor at another company and just didn't feel I was getting the best explanations of the process - I didn't know what to ask. I found Gregg and he immediately spent time to explain the overall scope and points where additional details would be needed. In one phone call I had spent more time with Gregg than almost a month working with the other realtor. Throughout the process he kept me informed of not only what I needed at the moment, but what step we were on, and what was next. It changed the entire home purchase experience from chaos when I had started with the other realtor to a series of knowns, where I could provide what was needed at each step (and had the notice to be prepared.) Throughout the process Gregg provided references for home services that I would need because I was moving from out of town, and even kept in contact after the purchase to ensure things were well with both the home and any needed services. Gregg's customer service is phenomenal.
