She was a pleasure to work with - always friendly, and easily accessible and responsive when we needed her. Right away she set up a text group chat with us as sellers, so that throughout the process she was just a text message or phone call away. Our sale house was sitting empty and had a bad smoke smell, but she took care of that by renting and even paying for the ozone treatment that ran overnight, after discussing the options with us. She also put some very impressive marketing materials on the counter at the sale property, with nice signage both at the house and at the entry to the neighborhood. Our sale was completely pain-free because she made it so aEUR" right through the closing lawyers that she used and their Qualia software. The whole thing was done online aEUR" so simple! I would recommend Amy to anyone that wants efficient, friendly and soothing service when needed during a sale. Shell get you through anything that comes up and get that property sold for you!
