Always do the pre-approval process first!! You never know when something has been mistakenly been put on your credit and you are totally unaware of it until all 3 reports are run. Also, you know what you can afford. If you set your expectations too high, then you will never be satisfied with your budget so just don't do that to yourself!!!

Ask a professional to come look at your home when thinking of putting it on the market. It could be very simple things you need to do and you are over thinking it. Also, if you wonder how it will look in the pictures - simply take a picture with your cell phone and look at it - that is how it will look. People love this advice!!

I have worked with all types of clients - single, single moms and dads, divorced couples, new families, couples needing larger homes, couples downsizing, empty nesters, probate homes, foreclosures, land to build their forever home on, homes to add mother/father or mother-in-law/father-in-law and families combining families and anything I possibly missed in between.

I had a family I had sold them their house 27 years ago and had sent them a calendar each year so when it came time to sell, they called me and said "it is time". It was so bittersweet for all of us because their kids were babies when they moved into the house and now they were all grown and gone. They were just as sweet and kind as I remembered them being and we picked up like we saw each other all the time. I absolutely loved that transaction and they want me to help their daughter find a house when she is ready and I really look forward to it.

I worked part time as a receptionist in a real estate office when I was pregnant with my son and my husband was in Highway Patrol School 38 years ago. I fell in love with it and I got my license when my son was 4 months old and I've had them ever since.

I am always taking training classes at our office on any new technology, forms or anything that will benefit me and my clients in this business. You have to stay on top of things because it always changing and is a very fast paced business.
