Amy Spillman

Amy was born and raised in Indy. She has deep roots and knowledge of the community as well as a robust personal and professional network. She is well-known to be a connector of people and prides herself on always "knowing a guy/gal." After 12 years in sales and the last 8 in a national role at a Fortune 500 company, Amy decided to apply her skillset to become a real estate broker in 2018. Her extensive negotiation experience affords her the ability to calmly navigate contracts of all sizes, solve challenging situations, and produce positive outcomes. Amy is honored to have been awarded the 'Rookie of the Year' award by Century 21 Scheetz in 2019, and to have been featured as a 'Rising Star' in Real Producers magazine in September 2020. Additionally, she individually achieved Centurion status in 2020, a recognition more often accomplished by seasoned agents. As a result of her growing business, she proudly launched The Spillman Group in January 2021.
