I dont even know where to begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for Amy. My husband and I were contemplating selling our home to upgrade for more space for our family. She gave me solid honest feedback on what to do to prepare our home. She also got us out there to see houses the next day just to get a feel on what we wanted regardless if we were going to purchase. She truly has her clients best interests at heart. She offered to be a mediator throughout the private sale of the home we purchased after she sold our house. Amy is THE BEST realtor around. My husband and I were looking to move a little further away, as well as sell our home in Pelham. Amy went above and beyond for us. She consistently kept in touch, found awesome homes for us to look at, and worked tirelessly to find a buyer for our home. She went as far as taking our dog while we were at work so that other realtors could show our home. Amy is an abject professional, has a fabulous personality and does whatever she must to get the job(s) done. She found us a beautiful home in Sandown and a buyer in Pelham, and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Amy to anybody looking to sell or buy a home in the New Hampshire area. We used Amy to sell our house. We were forced to relocate to another state for my husbands job which left us selling our house under some time constraints. Amy was quick to get the ball rolling and took extra steps to ensure our listing stood out. She hired a professional photographer to take pictures and even had someone come to do a layout of our house due to its size and uniqueness. She was very professional and quick to answer all questions we had and worked very hard in getting our house sold. Our house sold quickly. And I contribute that to all of the prep work and marketing Amy did! She made selling our house easy and as stress free as it could be in a time when we were stressed to the max moving to a new state with 5 children. She even went back through the house prior to the closing to pick up any small items we left behind and mailed them to us in NC. Met Amy at an open house and asked her to help us find a home in the Manchester area. She seems to be very professional and was very responsive to out needs. We found a new construction home and all was fine until the last 2 weeks of the sale. Was not getting answers that we needed. Appeared she was working more with the selling agent than meeting our needs. Basically she was not being honest with us and when confronted became very unreasonable and confrontational. Not sure if she has ever sold a new construction home before. This was our 4th home so we know what we were doing and what was expected. Wish she did as well. In the final 24hrs we ended up firing her and finished the closing with an agent that sold our previous home. We thought things would go well with Amy but after seeing her true colors would never recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
