This is my second time working with Amy - she previously helped me purchase a house when I relocated to Florida from NC. Once again, she exceeded all my expectations. Amy is more than a Realtor She is truly a God-send who genuinely cares about her clients. As an elderly man who doesn't get around as well as I used to I needed someone who could handle all the details and provide extra support. Amy's support was invaluable. She was always there for me, providing assistance and guidance every step of the way. My house wasn't in the best shape or the easiest to sell, but she got it sold quickly regardless. My wife and I have never purchased a home. We just knew that renting was becoming a highly volatile market and needed some stability. We came across Amy via Facebook and reached out. She immediately treated us like family and helped us through the process. From the time we contacted my, to the time we closed on our house in Middleburg, FL, wasn't even 60 days. She was patient (we were very picky with a tight budget), she went out of her way to make sure we knew everything that was going on (good and bad). Every hurdle we hit, she made sure it was just a slight bump in the road....seamless. I've never dealt with another realtor... but this, in my eyes, is the perfect example of a GREAT one. If you're looking....look no further.. you've found the best of the best.

Where do I begin? Amy came highly recommended through several family and friends to sell our property in Glen St Mary, Florida. Amy is a real go getter and negotiator with a lot of knowledge in the real estate laws and requirement. She was up front about different potential issues that gave us a clear understanding on what to expect. When things came up that seemed impossible, she held to her word and jumped in with solutions to each problem that arose. We closed on time and in time and was about to find a buyer that we felt would also love the property just as much as we did. Amy is a full time mom, real estate agent, entrepreneur and involved in many other aspects of a personal life and still was attentive and responsive when we had questions or concerns.
