Our experience buying a house was so stress-free and enjoyable because of the help of our realtor, Amy Shea. She really took the time to get to know both of us and our wants/needs in a house. No matter when I emailed or texted her, she always responded in a timely fashion. It was a great team effort in finding houses that we were interested in. When we met to go through houses, she was very knowledgeable about the school districts, neighborhoods, etc. related to the house. Along with this, she was very honest in the way she answered our questions and provided us with great information regarding the details about the homes. Amy helped guide my wife and myself in selling our house. We had no knowledge on what to do. She guided us on pictures of the house.communicated results of open houses she had and the opinions of the attendees about the house and suggested improvements that we made to enhance the sale. She addressed all our concerns quickly andprofessionally. The house had a roof problem that we did not know about. We corrected that problem with the roofer she recommended.Amy earned every penny of her commission and then some. I highly recommend her.
