I feel providing the very best service is essentially about putting clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to my clients' needs. This "client first" philosophy is my approach and this requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I have found that utilizing the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything much quicker and more efficiently and have helped me to extend my range of services provided to my clients. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional; integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. I have been in the real estate business since 2006, and was named "Rookie of the Year" in my second year, since then I have also achieved the honor of being named to the Wichita Area Association of REALTORSa Masters Circle for my outstanding success every year. With my husband, and 2 very active daughters, I have an active family life and enjoy boating, decorating, playing cards and enjoying life to it's fullest. Work hard, play hard!
