Amy Occorso helped us find our first home. It wasnt an easy process but Amy was there to help us in every step. She was available at anytime, including evening hours, even in a short notice. She never pressed us on buying a home and was very patient during the whole process. Every time that we viewed a house she gave us a professional opinion and advised us on our choice. After putting our offer in the for a home she negotiated to get us the best price and kept us updated with every aspect of the contract. Even on the closing day, she inspected the house to make sure that everything was in order and surprised us with a gift for our new home when the whole process was done.

My home was recently listed and sold by my real estate agent Amy Occorso in December 2013 at original asking price. Amy was always in contact with me at all times with the status on new buyers who were interested in my home. She had open house on occassional weekends that brought in interested buyers. If I had any questions about the sale of my home, I could call her at anytime and she would return my call at a timely matter if she werent available at that time,. I would highly recommend Amy to be your agent. Amy is a very dependable, kind, sweet lady who works very hard at what she does. She is there for you 110%. I am so appreciative of all she did to have my home sold as soon as she did.

Ms. Occorso helped us in finding our first house. She showed us many options in a myriad of price ranges. She was extremely knowledgable about the real estate market in our area. Once we found us house that we ending up buying she fought for us until we got the price we could afford to pay. Even after the accepted offer she got us more money back to due a minor imperfection on the sellers part. I was very pleased with her representation and have referred her to a friend who received the same expertise. Great realtor!

She works diligently on all of my projects to make sure minimal issues arise during the real estate transactions both when purchasing and listing my properties and insures the smoothest possible transactions.
