We know how to buy a home. We know how to refinance. What we didnt know was how to sell our home of 27 years. When we decided to sell our home in Berryessa, we spoke with numerous realtors, but ultimately decided to go with the McCafferty Team, as they were highly recommended to us by a close family friend. We set up an appointment to meet the McCafferty Team in our home. When the team arrived, we had a meeting at our dining room table. Amy and Eric laid out their plans already printed in a bound book with a picture of our home on the front.
