I am a Broker and Partner for my firm, Grace Group Realty and have been in the business since 2004. In this time I have assisted in numerous sales and purchases of single and multi-family homes as well as an abundance of condominiums. I have worked often with a variety of buyers and sellers including first time home buyer's, empty nesters and growing families. This specific experience has made me very knowledgeable and well equipped to work with any home buyer or seller. I realize how overwhelming buying and selling a home can be and I work patiently with my clients to make sure that the purchase or sale of a home goes as smoothly as possible. I excel in multi-tasking and am a high-energy individual, a trait that tends to rub off on my clients, making our experience working together very efficient and enjoyable to all involved.

Because the process of buying and selling a home can seem a bit overwhelming even to the most knowledgeable home buyer and seller, I feel it is important and critical to be very patient and understanding. My philosophy is that there is no such thing as a stupid question if you don't know the answer. I encourage my clients to ask as many questions as they need to. I take them through the process step by step and get them to focus on what needs to be done in the next few days or week rather than what needs to be done in the next month. This helps them to focus on the task at hand. Once they have completed a task I give them another to be completed and so on. I believe it is vital to remember what it was like when I bought and sold my first home so that I can easily relate to and sympathize with my clients and let them know that what they are feeling is completely normal and that the reward at the end of the process is so very much worth the steps it takes to get there.
