Amy and Ruby were absolutely amazing!!!! Always willing to take the time to ask every question or concern about anything and everything. If they didn't know they found out for us quickly. My hubby is a little ball of anxiety and they dealt with him in a very caring and understanding way. Answering his 1,000 calls and texts. Lol . Highly recommend them. Amy is absolutely amazing and I am so glad that we worked with her. We found a home that we wanted and contacted her over the New Year holiday. She quickly scheduled for us to see the home and helped us submit our offer the same day. She has a great network of professionals that she works with and we appreciated the recommendations that she made because it helped us to move seamlessly through the purchase process and close on time. Amy is great with communication. She was quick to respond to any texts and emails, kept in touch with us regularly throughout the process, and answered any questions we had. Aside from her professionalism, Amy is genuinely kind and helpful. The homebuying process can be a bit stressful sometimes and she did everything that she could to alleviate stress. Amy is great to work with! She is friendly, kind, and hard-working! I really appreciate her expertise and helpfulness. She is always available (great for her clients, but she needs days off too!!) and responds readily to questions or concerns. She works hard to make sure you get what you need and are comfortable with the process. She works well with the seller?s realtor and title office and mortgage company!
