I have both purchased a home and sold a home with her in Colorado, and each time she has delivered outstanding results. Amy Lee is truly on another level. She does not simply guide you through the process. She anticipates every need, handles every detail, and consistently stays several steps ahead from beginning to end. When selling my home most recently, we faced one challenge after another, including a dropped contract, unexpected repairs, and major issues with both the roof and the septic system. Through every setback, she took charge without hesitation. She coordinated with contractors, stayed in constant communication with all parties involved, and transformed a situation that should have been stressful into something I could manage. She never lost momentum. Amy Lee follows up on every lead, calls every person involved, and keeps you updated at all times. Amy Lee was absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! She was instrumental in helping get the house ready for the sale process - recommending what we should concentrate on fixing, cleaning up, and staging to get the house ready to sell, and was in constant communication as the process proceeded, providing her expert guidance in setting expectations while working hard to get the house sold. She did not sugar coat anything - she was realistic in expectations for a sale in a challenging buyers market. Her real estate knowledge was key to getting the house seen by potential buyers, negotiating all aspects of the sale and making sure the closing went smoothly. We threw in some curve balls as the house was under contract, but Amy Lee dealt with them with grace and compassion for our big event. I would highly recommend Amy Lee to anyone selling or buying a house - you will get the expert knowledge as well as a caring and honest person and realtor. Amy Lee markedly reduced the stress level of selling a house in a challenging market.
