When we were looking at finding a property in Florida, I found Amy through great reviews. I am glad I did - she did not disappoint and we had a great experience working with Amy. From the very first conversation on a Sunday evening, she gave us great pros/cons to consider in the Brevard County area from condos near the beach to ultimately selecting a new build property in Viera. When we ran into delays and issues during the build process, not to mention living out of state, we could count on Amy to help support us locally and escalate at the builder. Amy is an outstanding realtor for many reasons. She has deep knowledge of the Space Coast area and the various towns. She sent us daily listings through the portal (we were out of state) and diligently answered all of our (many) questions. On our multiple site visits to the area, she was punctual, prepared, patient and always a joy to spend time with. (someone I would pick as a firned any day!) We came with very specific desires in a home as to location, layout, a and structure. None of these stipulations phased her and she kept looking for us and showing u every available option. Personally, Amy is engaging, friendly and super patient. Just a joy to spend time with. When things got rocky on our closing (because of our buyer for our out of state home) she was supportive and encouraging. She always recommended the safest route to meet our goal. She put our financial and legal safety first, very impressive. She would be a 10 star if you had that many on your form!
