In the last 12 months, I have closed over 38 transactions, resulting in over 6.5 million in residential sales. 80% of all transactions closed in 60 days (new construction sales are typically 120-150 days).

I am a Residential Construction Certified Realtor, as well as a Certified New Home Specialist. Selected based on my ability to assist clients through the stress of building a new home, I am able to streamline the process with my design background.

I am an award winning agent. I have proven to be a successful agent locally, as the second highest agent in annual GCI at my previous brokerage. Within the national franchise, I was in the top 5% of agents in that network.

I was selected by the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors to join their inaugural Leadership Institute for 2015. This program is designed to give members the tools they need to succeed in becoming a leader in the real estate industry and in the community. Interacting with agents in the industry eases contract negotiations for my clients when I have a relationship with the cross-selling agent. I have served with the GLAR Government Affairs Committee, the Candidate Selection Committee, the Professional Standards Committee and the MLS Standards Committee.
