I have been serving buyers and sellers since 2004. During the economic downturn, I built a real estate investment firm that purchased, rehabilitated, staged and sold foreclosed homes to low to mid income buyers. I worked with a number of cities and non profit programs to make communities great again. The real estate market has come full circle and I am back working with a multitude of buyers and seller to find and/or market their existing home. I participate in the Parade of Homes each year and keep current with new features and colors that sell homes. Most recently, I have spent a lot of time working in New Construction helping to design and build homes that make sense and are not just livable, but functional as well.
