I have been a successful, full-time Realtor(R) serving Rhode Island and Massachusetts since 2005. My goal is to provide a more personal experience when working with buyers and sellers. A client should be working directly with the person they signed up to work with and while I offer a variety of partners that will help facilitate the process, you will work directly with me. If we work together, you will not be passed off to less experienced team members.
Having worked with countless buyers and sellers, I have seen how incredibly unique each transaction is. That is why it is imperative that you choose someone who, not only, has the experience to get you through the process, but the talent that will also produce a great outcome. Each transaction will produce unique issues that will require targeted strategies, so whether it is how to position your offer to win a bid or how to lobby for your value when it comes time for appraisal, the list of tasks can be expansive, and no two transactions are the same. It is essential that you have a person with the right skill set working in your corner.
I have received many awards during my career including but not limited to: The Northern RI Five Diamond Award for production, top selling (individual) agent in my office, most expensive home sold etc. but there is one award that means the most to me.
I have been a recipient of the Five Star Professional Award for RI and MA since it's inception in 2010. As of 2021, I will have received it 10 years in a row. This award means a great deal to me because it is solely based on customer service. That is the only way you can receive it. It is awarded to less than 3% of total agents in RI and less than 1% of total agents in Massachusetts. I cherish it the most because it indicates that the people, I have worked with had a great experience. To me, that is all that matters.
