About Amy Costello
With 15 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Amy may be new to Evergreen but she is not new to selling! Being involved in over $400M in transactions has helped her hone her skills in every area of the industry including marketing, assisting buyers in finding their perfect home, assisting owners in selling what is most often their largest asset, and everything in between! As a recent transplant from Florida, Amy is excited to get to know her new community and jump in to real estate in Evergreen and the surrounding areas. Being a mother of 2 school aged children, she is also excited to introduce her kids to the mountain lifestyle! When you find "The one", make an offer based on what the property is worth to YOU. Hopefully it is priced right and the value is similar to what the seller priced the property at, if not, either way, you won't over pay!
Price your property correctly the first time if you want it to sell. Most buyers these days are very savvy and they will most likely know what the market value of the property is before they make their offer. Your listing agent can market your property to the moon and back but if it is priced too high, it will not sell.

After college, I started working at a vacation rental company on Sanibel Island. I worked with and interacted with realtors on a daily basis and the industry looked fun and challenging at the same time. I eventually got my license in 2004 and have worked diligently to provide exceptional customer service to my clients.
