Over the last few years, we've been looking for the perfect property in NC. Living out of state, we explained what we were looking for, and she would send us updates whenever something new was listed. After a few months, we closed on property. My husband then decided he wanted lakefront property, so the original property was sold incredibly quickly. Then, poor, poor Amy helped us navigate a total disaster with the lakefront property we wanted. It seemed like every week, there was a new complication. As soon as she would find out about the issue, she would let us know immediately, and then basically held our hands navigating all the chaos. Closing on this property took several months, and she was by our side through the entire process. We finally have our dream property and can't wait to start building. I don't foresee us buying/selling anymore property, but I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable agent.
