We spoke with Amy very early on about the timing for listing our house and she expertly helped strategize based on the current market conditions and our timing. Mallory assisted us with the checklist to ready the house/property to look its best, including lining us up with a contractor to help with some odd jobs. They communicated with us frequently and were open to making adjustments to our plan and pricing as needed to accommodate changes in our moving timeline and the market.
