Amy promptly answered my many questions about the different properties of interest. I was satisfied that she listened to our needs & did her best to match us with suitable properties. She was never pushy or uninterested in our meetings or conversations. We appreciated her knowledge of Lake Martin properties. I rated negotiation as a three because she relayed my offers on the home we purchased but I am unaware of any negotiation on her part.
