You couldn't ask for a better, more knowledgeable for the area, person to help you find the home you are looking for. I gave her a list of homes I was interested in, I flew in from Florida, and she really impressed me by taking me to see the 3 lowest priced homes first, however they were not as the pictures showed, and some were occupied by squatters, so we moved on. The home we finally settled on making an offer for, Amy presented to the seller's agents, and they flatly rejected as being too low, she vociferously argued on our behalf, that it was water haul, on terrible roads, so far out with no internet for years at least, no air conditioning, had customized windows, so window air conditioners were not a possibility, so they are being unrealistic in their pricing, one would have to build a road, at least 500 feet, through an area that is washed out often, so it was going to be very expensive to upgrade this home.

Amy is a personable good human being, with knowledge of the area, and while I told her the top I was willing to spend, gave her 6 homes I was interested in, she showed me the lowest prices first, and never tried to push me into anything. The home we were most interested in, didn't work out in the end, because there was absolutely no internet available in that area, the seller is asking a crazy price, trying to more than double their money on a one year investment, with an undrivable road too, so she wasted a Sunday afternoon, but never once complained to me, and I felt that she felt as if she let me down. This is my way of telling her she didn't, and, if I had to do it all over again, I would, because she is so pleasant! My wife and I intend to contact her again, if we are unable to find what we want in Nevada.

It was a smooth deal and happened in a timely manner...much of that is to the credit of Ms. Casanova. I have already recommended her. That's all that needs to be said.

Amy is very on the ball and so extremely helpful. My mom needed to buy a house and move QUICKLY and Amy moved heaven and earth and got my mom into her home quickly and without sacrificing any crucial steps in the process (I.E. inspections ect.) She answered every question my mother and I had and was very patient with us as first time home buyers.I recommend Amy to everyone and anyone who is in need of a realtor, she makes a seemingly very complicated a stressful process a breeze and she is a DELIGHT to work with.Thank you so much for all your help!
