Working with Joe was a breeze from the start. We encountered Joe through Zillow on property that we had wanted to see and Zillow connected us with Joe. Joe was extremely knowledgeable of the real estate in the area we were looking as well as insightful expertise on items to look at in a house that might be potential issues. Joe came out and sold are house in Bartlett for 30k over listing. He explained the market to us and told us exactly what was going to happen. He teamed up with his wife Amy and were a great team. Through the whole o process they were available and ready to work. They helped stage our house. They went as far as helping with furniture. Genuinely nice hard working people. I highly recommend Amy and Joe for any real estate need!

Amy and Joe were the best decision regarding who to have list our home. It is clear they have a strong expertise in the local market and neighborhood. They even went a step further and found our house is actually larger than we thought in square footage so would help us sell for more. No other agent thought to dig deeper into it. I was impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and generosity of time and spirit. Amy also staged our house. She has an eye for design. We were told it was a "catalog house". They helped us every step of the way making it easy. They offered guidance as every offer came in giving ideas that I did not even know existed. If you are looking for a broker, especially in Fox Mill St. Charles, they are the best of the best! 10/10 We would absolutely hire them again.
