Amit helped me purchase a house last summer. We were having issues with financing and being able to find an affordable home in the area we wanted to live in. He spent many hours working with the loan officer on my behalf to secure financing. We found an ideal home in the area we wanted to move into. While we did not think we could afford the home due to the listing price, he told me not to give up hope. In the end, we purchased the home for well below asking price due to his negotiation skills. I could not ask for a better experience.
